1. You must know how to ride a bike
2. A helmet must be warn at all times
3. One person is allowed on a bike at a time
 4. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to ride the ebike
5. All renters must sign the bike rental agreement form before using their rented ebike.
 7. Only the person renting the ebike is allowed to ride
9. Bikes cannot be taken to mountain biking trails in the area, electric bikes are not designed for off road use. 
10. Charges may apply to anyone who has not returned their rented bike within the hourly period specified.
